Donkee Wear is open and shipping from the US during the pandemic. We are based out of Virginia Beach, VA USA and we ship directly from our warehouse in the USA and Spain. Normal order processing and shipping times below still apply.

We provide 100% free shipping worldwide with a tracking number.  We partner with local post in your country to complete deliveries.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally to all countries across the world.

Most items will ship within 1-2 business days but could take up to 3 or 4 days due to high order volumes or stock replenishment.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please Contact Us Here. Please note not all countries are eligible currently for tracking, but we do our best to get this for your country.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please Contact Us Here.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Return shipping labels will be at the expense of the customer.
