Donkee Wear was born in Virginia Beach, VA 2006 with two friends wanting to simply provide high quality traveling gear for the frequent traveler. On our first international trip we had crummy backpacks and the same old t-shirts we always wore. After a few weeks of exploring Europe we came back with ideas and a desire to design & build comfortable backpacks and clothing to the highest quality. Today, Donkee Wear products continue to improve and are being used by world travelers from every part of the planet and everywhere in between.
“We came up with the name “Donkee Wear” after sitting at a bar drinking tequila shots in South America celebrating a great trip and discussing our ideas to start making great comfortable clothing and backpacks when suddenly...a donkey with several packs on its back walks by. We saw this donkey and thought, what better animal represents us...fun explorers!”
Our goal is to deliver the coolest and most unique backpacks and clothing to you everyday because we know how travel gear is so essential for a great adventure.
